Effective Date: September 27, 2026
These Terms of Service apply to gutter installation, gutter repair, gutter cleaning, gutter guard, downspout, drainage, and related services provided by Mauradian Gutters, LLC (“Mauradian Gutters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), as well as use of our website. By approving an estimate, proposal, work order, or other service authorization, the customer agrees to the applicable terms below.
Agreement / Terms
These Terms of Service, together with any estimate, proposal, work order, change order, invoice, warranty document, or other written agreement provided for a project, form the agreement between Mauradian Gutters and the customer.
The project-specific written estimate or proposal identifies the work Mauradian Gutters has agreed to perform. Work, materials, repairs, modifications, or conditions not included in the agreed scope are not included unless subsequently authorized.
If conditions discovered during the work require a change in scope, materials, price, or method of performance, Mauradian Gutters may discuss those conditions with the customer and obtain authorization for additional or revised work before proceeding where reasonably practicable.
Service Authorization
By accepting an estimate, proposal, work order, or other service authorization, the customer authorizes Mauradian Gutters to perform the services described in that document.
The customer is responsible for reviewing the proposed scope of work and notifying Mauradian Gutters of questions or requested changes before work begins.
Changes requested after authorization may affect materials, scheduling, completion time, and price. Additional work outside the original authorized scope may require a separate estimate, change order, or other customer approval.
Mauradian Gutters may use employees, installers, technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, or other service providers as appropriate to complete authorized work.

Payments / Scheduling
Pricing and payment requirements are governed by the applicable estimate, proposal, work order, invoice, or other written project agreement.
Any deposit, progress payment, balance, or other amount due will be identified in the applicable project documents. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, additional work authorized by the customer may result in additional charges.
Scheduling and estimated service dates may depend on weather, material availability, site conditions, prior scheduled work, access to the property, and other circumstances affecting the project.
Mauradian Gutters will make reasonable efforts to communicate material scheduling changes. A scheduled or estimated service date is not a guarantee of completion on a particular date unless expressly stated in a written agreement.
Property Access / Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to areas of the property necessary to perform the authorized work.
Before service begins, the customer should identify known conditions that could affect the work, including concealed utilities, irrigation systems, electrical equipment, underground or hidden features, fragile landscaping, restricted access, pets, gates, or other relevant property conditions.
Vehicles, furniture, decorations, equipment, and other movable property should be kept clear of work areas when reasonably necessary for safe access and performance of the work.
Mauradian Gutters will use reasonable care while working at the property. The customer understands that gutter and exterior work may require ladders, tools, equipment, access around structures, and temporary use of areas surrounding the building.

Warranty / Limitations
Any warranty applicable to a project will be governed by the written warranty, estimate, proposal, manufacturer warranty, or other documentation applicable to that work or product.
Manufacturer warranties, where applicable, are provided under the manufacturer's own terms and are separate from any workmanship commitment made by Mauradian Gutters.
Unless specifically included in the authorized scope, Mauradian Gutters is not responsible for correcting unrelated or pre-existing conditions such as deteriorated fascia, soffit, roofing, structural components, drainage systems, concealed damage, or other property defects.
If a customer believes completed work requires warranty attention, the customer should contact Mauradian Gutters and provide reasonable access for inspection before arranging alteration or repair of the affected work by another party.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to eliminate rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Weather / Force Majeure / Conditions Beyond Control
Exterior gutter work is affected by weather and site conditions. Rain, thunderstorms, lightning, high winds, extreme temperatures, unsafe roof or ladder conditions, storms, flooding, or similar circumstances may require work to be delayed, suspended, or rescheduled.
Project timing may also be affected by circumstances reasonably beyond Mauradian Gutters' control, including material shortages, supplier delays, transportation interruptions, governmental actions, utility conditions, emergencies, natural events, or other unexpected conditions.
Mauradian Gutters may suspend work when conditions could create an unreasonable safety risk, interfere with proper installation, or adversely affect the quality of the work.
When such circumstances occur, Mauradian Gutters will make reasonable efforts to resume or reschedule the affected work when conditions permit.

Intellectual Property / Website Use
The Mauradian Gutters website and its original content, including text, photographs, graphics, designs, videos, logos, layouts, and other digital materials, may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property rights.
Website materials may be viewed and used for ordinary personal and informational purposes. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, sold, misrepresented, or commercially exploited without authorization from the applicable rights holder, except where permitted by law.
Some photographs, digital assets, production materials, technology, or other content used in connection with the website may be created, managed, licensed, or owned by third parties or by Mauradian Gutters' authorized digital-service providers. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of those materials to a website visitor or customer.
Unauthorized access to, interference with, misuse of, or attempts to disrupt the website or its supporting systems are prohibited.
Governing Terms / Final Agreement
These Terms should be read together with the customer's applicable estimate, proposal, work order, change order, invoice, warranty documentation, and other written project-specific agreements.
Project-specific written terms control the particular scope, materials, pricing, payment requirements, and other specifications stated in those documents.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions are intended to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
No waiver of a provision on one occasion constitutes a continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version applicable to a particular authorized project should be considered together with the project documents governing that work.
